Employer Tables

For-profit employers in quantum (2 Representatives included): $350
Government/Nonprofit employers (2 Representatives included): $200
Startups and Discovery District affiliates (2 Representatives included): $150
Academic Institutions recruiting for graduate programs (2 Representatives included): $100

Each registered organization will receive access to a 6 foot table, two chairs, wireless internet access, booth signage, a black tablecloth, and two parking passes. You are welcome to bring a branded tablecloth, a standing banner, and any promotional materials or swag you wish to share with attendees. Please let us know if you will need access to an electrical outlet. The cost for each additional representative is $50 for all categories. 

Sponsorship Opportunities

Silver: $1,000

• Company logo featured on the QLCN website and on event materials and signage

• Social media advertising

• One named travel scholarship,  sponsorship money will be provided by QLCN

• Priority tabling

Gold: $3,500

• All of the benefits of the previous tier, plus:

• Two additional named travel scholarships, sponsorship money will be provided by QLCN

• Banners featured in attendee’s space 

• Banners featured in exhibitor’s lunch space 

• 10 minute keynote
