Travel Support for Attendees
We are offering a limited number of support opportunities in service of our mission to broaden access to quantum career opportunities. Travel support may include reimbursements for flights, hotels, ground transportation, and any meals during travel that are not provided by the workshop. Email rqs@umd.edu for details.
Who is eligible for travel support?
Undergraduates, graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and early career professionals may apply for travel support. If you have questions about your eligibility, please email rqs@umd.edu.

Notification of acceptance via email: Monday, August 26, 2024
How to apply
Email rqs@umd.edu with the following information.
- Full name
- Your university or college
- Year of graduation
- Your advisor/supervisor’s name and email address
- Level: undergraduate, graduate, postdoctoral, or early career
- Curriculum vitae or resume
- Expected Expenses Form
- A few sentences to establish your need for travel support and demonstrated interest in the Quantum Leap Career Nexus.
