Bio
I am a PhD student at the University of Maryland working at NIST on a classical fluid system driven by amplitude modulated light. Using feedback informed by interferometric measurements of the fluid surface we expect to be able to simulate the superfluid properties of a BEC. Future research will be in the direction of implementing a multimode optical cavity in order to enhance our Rb BEC apparatus designed to study this quantum many-body system via weak measurement.
